Frequently asked questions....

Q. What if it rains?
A. All of our carriages have tops that protect you well. The white carriage can also be fully enclosed. We bring lap robes if it's cold.

Q. How do you price?
A. For most events we charge by the hour so that you can set the time frame that suits your event best.

Q. How much deposit is required?
A. Usually we ask for a $200 non-refundable deposit on all dates/times to be reserved.

Q. Where do you come from?
A. We live near Port Perry, which is east of Toronto.

Q. May we come and see the carriages and meet Newt?
A. Just give us a call and we'll set up an appointment.

Q. What if I can't find the time to come?
A. We can take all the information over the phone and you just mail the deposit. All cheques are made out to Donna Eckhardt and mailed to 271 Medd Road, RR #1, Port Perry, L9L 1B2

Q. What about gratuities?
A. I feel this should be a personal choice that you make. Yes, it is always appreciated, especially by the footman, as they are young gentlemen in training. It makes them feel like an important and appreciated part of your day.
